The Roar Quest is a repeatable quest based on online hours and begins in the Lake of Rage by talking to a girl named Serenity. She will states your fears and nightmares can be scared away if you work with your pokemon as a team and let it roar to blow them away. The quest rewards you the TM05 (Roar)

Walkthrough
Step 1
Start by talking with Serenity. She will request from you to catch a pokemon capable of learning roar by level up in order to start this quest (Vulpix, Ninetales, Growlithe, Arcanine, Aerodactyl, Snubbull, Granbull, Houndour, Houndoom, Poochyena, Mightyena, Whismur, Loudred, Exploud, Aron, Lairon, Aggron, Electrike, Manectric and Zangoose) you also need to be the OT (Original Trainer) of these pokemons.
Step 2
Once you show her the proper pokemon you will cheer up your pokemon to Roar and hit a certain Pokecibel scale, she will only rewards you if your pokemon is capable to hit 85 or beyond points of Pokecibel scale. Upon finishing your goal she will reward you with 3 TM05 (Roar). You will be able to repeat the quest again after certain amount of hours by being online only.
Extra Reward
Serenity keeps a record for the highest Pokecibel a player did for this quest, upon completing the quest and having your name as the highest Pokecibel made within the game you will get 2 extra TM05s (Roar), ending with 5 TM05s (Roar).
