Stuck at Authenticating

If you are stuck at authenticating while logging into Pokémon World Online - you may need to change your language for non-Unicode programs.

Step 4 for Windows 8/10 Users

Step 4 for Windows 7 Users

1. Go into Control Panel
2. If you are in category view:
   • Click on 'Clock, Language and Region'
     • Windows 8/10 Users: Click on 'Region'
     • Windows 7 Users: Click on 'Region & Language'
3. If you are in small or large view:
   • Windows 8/10 Users: Click on 'Region'
   • Windows 7 Users: Click on 'Region & Language'
4. Click on the 'Administrative' tab
5. Click on 'Change system locale...'
6. From the dropdown list - choose an English language
7. Click on 'OK'
8. You will be asked to restart your computer
