Below, all customly-created PWO maps, which were not featured in the handheld games, are outlined. This includes any PWO-installed map that had no existence in the handheld games, and thus has been branched off of the regional mainland (Kanto/Johto maps from the handheld games) into a PWO-exclusive area. However, this category currently does not include any main-game maps that have been remapped here, regardless of how immensely it's been altered, such as PWO's version of Diglett's Cave.
