The Celadon City Department Store is the biggest store in Kanto, and it carries many different items and commodities, some which are not available in regular Pokémarts.
Alongside the Goldenrod City Department Store, it carries the most purchsable TMs, by far, out of any shopping center within PWO.

First Floor: Service Counter
The first floor simply features the service counters, where an NPC greets customers. Additionally, a junk-collecting NPC is available (more details below).
Collector Wayne
Collector Wayne will offer to collect items in your bagpack, obsolete and dispensable items, to remove them from your inventory; this is often used by players who want crop out of the list of items in their inventory.
