Location Cerulean Cave is located here in the Kanto region.

Cerulean Cave can be only accessed once you have completed the Cerulean Cave Quest. Cerulean Cave is located northwest of Cerulean City, it is famous for being the place the gives the most experience in PWO. It is also known because a certain NPC in this cave has the legendary Pokemon Mewtwo in which players may battle against.
