Cinnabar Island hosts the 7th Kanto region badge. Although Cinnabar Island is cut off to the north and east by water routes, the ____ Cave provides a bypass around Route 20, Route 19, and the Seafoam Islands, allowing players without the wind surfboard item to successfully navigate to and from Cinnabar Island.
