Contacting DEVs, GMs and ADMINS:

1. All forum rules apply, unless overridden by PM Rules.

2. Unless it contains personal/confidential information, post in the relevant forums first.


  • Do not send us PMs asking how to play. Search the FAQ/Guides first! We do not have the time to tell you how to play. Visit the chat room if you cannot find your question.
  • Chances are you do not need to PM an Admin/DEV in the first place. If it does not involve some form of modification to your account (which GMs cannot do), then you do not need to PM them. We have enough on our hands as it is.
  • Please do not send us PMs telling us to look at your topic. We will look at them as we can. This most often happens to me (Fenikkusu) about scams, and I DO NOT handle scam cases EXCEPT at the request of a GM.
  • Do not suggest things to them directly. Instead, post your suggestion in the Playerdex Suggestion Box.


3. We have the right to ignore and/or answer messages as we see fit.

4. Pay attention to your e-mail 'Outbox'. If something is in there, then the GM/Admin has not seen it yet. DO NOT KEEP PM'ING US!!

5. Do not pester us. If you see we have read your PM but did not respond, that is our choice. Do not continue to send us messages.

6. As is true with all staff, they cannot trade or battle. They also are not allowed to spawn, edit, or otherwise give a user an advantage over other users. Please do not ask.

Contacting Content Staff (ARTs, Mappers, CRs, GEs):

1. Be respectful. They do a lot behind the scenes.

2. The only content staff that deal with pokemon spawns are GEs, and it is likely they will not change spawns for you unless you have a very valid reason. No Content Staff deal with the movesets of pokemon. Please avoid asking about this.

3. Content staff cannot normally move you if you are stuck, and it is not their job to help you. Try to lose a PvP battle or contact a CG instead.

4. Do not directly give them suggestions. Instead, post your suggestion in the Playerdex Suggestion Box.

5. As is true with all staff, they cannot trade or battle. They also are not allowed to spawn, edit, or otherwise give a user an advantage over other users. Please do not ask.

Contacting CGs:

1. Be respectful. They deal with several users daily and have to deal with repetitive questions.

2. If you have an issue, try to look up the answer through the forums or wiki. (If you are here right now, you probably do not need to be told that.) Many of the questions CGs are asked have already been answered several times by the chat or forum users.

3. Note that CGs can move you if you are stuck, but they WILL NOT move you for the sake of convenience. That means if you're too lazy to walk back to your last Pokecenter, they will not oblige you by teleporting you. Do not demand these services.

4. CGs are here to help with less serious issues and do not deal with scam cases or ban appeals.
