Goldenrod City

East Exit	Route 35
South Exit	Route 34

Goldenrod City is located in Johto. It is North of Route 34, South of Route 35. It is the home to Whitney. It is the location of the 3rd Johto Gym. It is also one of the two cities which have a Pokemon center with a Union Room which allows players to trade. In addition, Goldenrod City also have Johto Train Quest, and it was involved in part of the Dragons Den Quest too.

Johto Train Quest

Goldenrod Train Station which is located southwest from the Goldenrod Gym. An NPC inside the train station will let you start the Johto Train Quest.

Union Room

The 2nd Floor of the Goldenrod Pokecenter contains a Union Room which allows people to trade, as long as they have met the requirements for trading.

Saffron City Gym

Saffron City's Gym uses primarily Normal-Type pokemon.

You need to defeat the Goldenrod Gym Leader Whitney in order to receive the Plain Badge and move on to the 4th Johto Gym.
