Description:	Hurricane deals damage and has a 30% chance of confusing the target. Hurricane cannot miss when used during rain, but has an accuracy of 50% during harsh sunlight. Hurricane can hit Pokémon during the semi-invulnerable turns of Fly, Bounce, and Sky Drop, and if it does, it will deal double damage.
