HP Restoration

Leftovers

Restores 1/16 of the Pokémon's maximum HP (rounded down) each turn when held. Can be obtained by capturing a wild Snorlax, or by trading.

Power Boosters

Power boosters are items that boosts a stat or move power by a certain percentage.

Expert Belt

Boosts power of super effective moves by 20%. Can be obtained by exchanging for one at the Battle Tower for 210 battle points, or by trading.

Life Orb

Boosts the power of moves by ~30% (5324/4096), but at the cost of 10% max HP each time the holder uses an attack. Life Orb does not damage the holder if the holder has abilities such as Magic Guard, Sheer Force and uses a move boosted by the Ability, or when the power is not boosted by the Life Orb. It does not boost the damage for fixed-damage attacks, self-inflicted confusion damage or recoil. Can be obtained by exchanging for one at the Battle Tower for 450 battle points, or by trading.

Muscle Band

Boosts power of physical moves by 10%. Can be obtained by exchanging for one at the Battle Tower for 30 battle points, or by trading.

Wise Glasses

Boosts the power of special moves by 10%. Can be obtained by exchanging for one at the Battle Tower for 30 battle points, or by trading.

Focus Items

Focus items are items that allows the user to survive from an attack, recoil or self-inflicted damage that would otherwise cause fainting.

Focus Sash

If the holder has full HP and is hit by an attack that would otherwise cause fainting, it survives with 1 HP. It can only protect from one strike of a multi-strike move. Cannot protect from damage from Future Sight or Doom Desire. Although it disappears after use in the handheld, it is however not a one-time use item in PWO. Can be obtained by exchanging for one at the Battle Tower for 210 battle points, or by trading.

Stat-enhancing Items

Stat-enhancing items are items that affect a particular stat of a Pokémon when held.

Eviolite

Raises the holder's Defense and Special Defense by 50% if the holder is not fully evolved. Can be obtained by exchanging for one at the Battle Tower for 150 battle points, or by trading.

Stick

Increases critical hit ratio of Farfetch'd by two stages. Can be obtained by fainting wild Farfetch'd.

Other Items

King's Rock

Has a 10% chance of causing the target Pokémon to flinch when using a move that deals damage and does not already have a chance to flinch. Can also cause Poliwhirl to evolve into Politoed or Slowpoke to evolve into Slowking. Can be obtained by fainting or catching a wild Politoed (catching it does not guarantee the King's Rock), or by trading.
