The Kanto Pokéball Quest, which was just added upon the release of Mt. Silver (November 2, 2012). This quest provides an opportunity for new players that started in Kanto to save money by obtaining an exhaustible commodity early on: Pokéballs.

Walkthrough
Step 1
Talk to the NPC named "Manager" in Viridian City Pokémart. He will say that he did not receive his shipment from a delivery boy and also tell you to find that delivery boy.
Step 2
Find the delivery boy in Viridian Forest, who is named Delivery Boy Lee; he can be found northwards past the Viridian Forest Clearing entrance. Talk to him, and he will tell you to bring the shipment to the Manager back in Viridian City's Pokémart. Check your bagpack and you should see a new item called "Pokemart Shipmart".
Step 3
Go back to Viridian City Pokémart and talk to the Manager. You should now receive 15 Pokéballs as gratitude for running his errand.
