Memberships

Membership is given to players who have purchased it through the Playerdex whether it's via their own account or another player who is giving them away. The money from memberships is used to help pay for the current servers and could potentially go on to fund future servers for the game.

Membership benefits

As a result of getting membership with Pokemon World Online, you will get the following:

• Your Pokemon will gain an extra 50% more EXP from all Pokemon Battles
• You will gain double money from all wild battles
• Your chances of finding the rarer, different-colored Shiny Pokemon increase by 300%

Please note that you don't gain tokens for membership. For tokens, you need to do a regular donation.

How to be a Member

First you must log into Playerdex before doing anything. Playerdex gives you a lot of options after logging in. I want you to use the drop-down menu to select Memberships and Donations.

Create/Renew Prepaid Membership

These payments are prepaid only. You must be able to pay upfront if you plan to pay upfront right now for your membership. These can range from 1 month to 12 months. Depending on how long you want to be a member. This is the easiest method to use when you want to try out what a membership is like and your paypal account doesn't always have funds.

After Selecting Donate. The first thing you will notice that it is not English. Don't Worry Log into your paypal account and after confirming your purchase in approximately 36 hours your account will be a member now.

Subscription Step 2.

Subscriptions are different from prepaid. With a Subscription you allow PWO to collect from your paypal account every month you wish to be a member. Which is the easiest method if you plan to stay a member for a long time and your paypal account or Debit/Credit card has enough funds to support the subscription.

Subscription with Paypal, Debit, Credit

After Selecting Subscribe. There are 3 Payment types with a Subscription. You may select from log into your paypal account to confirm the subscription. If you do not have a Paypal account but a Credit card or Debit Card you can select "Pay Using Your Credit / Debit Card" and enter the correct information located on your card. After Confirming your purchase in approximately 36 hours your account will be a member now.

How to Cancel a Membership Subscription

Using Paypal

• Log into Paypal. Find a link that says 'Profile'.
• You should now be on your 'Profile Summary'. Under the second column listed as 'Financial Information', click on 'Pay List' (it's at the bottom of that column).
• You should now be on the 'Pay List Overview' page. Under 'Merchants', there should be a link that is the PWO Billing Account. Select it. If your not sure Look at the amount per month you are Paying.
• You will be redirected to the 'Billing Details' page. Where it says 'Status', click on 'Cancel'.
• You are Finished
