If there are any broken mechanics to it, feel free to explain them and reflag it as a broken move, but I don't recall any flawed mechanics to them myself (for what I do remember, it's rather insubstantial).)
This page includes all the move data within Pokemon World Online. If the value of a move is changed, the move data should be altered on this page. If a move is marked as broken and is not broken, or vice versa, that data should also be changed here(Y = Broken, N = Working). To access the data for editing, click here. Do not edit the header or the position of the commas, as this data is used in several pages and templates and altering the position of the delimiters could potentially mess up several pages.
