Mt. Silver can be accessed west of Route 28 once all 16 badges have been obtained. This location is reputable for containing the highest level wild Pokémon in PWO - It also features a Pokémon Center, thus making it a popular training spot for players who have obtained all 16 badges. Mt. Silver also act as the starting location for Cerulean Cave Quest.
