New Bark Town

New Bark Town is the first town that you start in if you pick Johto. You will not be able to enter any of the houses except Professor Elm's Lab.
Porter
The NPC named "Porter" next to the lake will teleport you to Kanto for $3000 depending on if you have a Kanto Passport. However you can't also have a Plain Badge.
