New Bark Town

New Bark Town is the first town that you start in if you pick Johto. From here you will be able to choose from one of the starters in Professor.Elms lab. The three possible starters are, Totodile, the water-type Pokemon, Chikorita the grass-type Pokemon, or Cyndaquil, the fire-type Pokemon. You can also enter into all the houses and talk to all the NPC's there as well as the ones outside.
Porter
The NPC named "Porter" next to the lake will teleport you to Kanto for $3000 depending on if you have a Kanto Passport. However you can't also have a Plain Badge.
