Olivine City is located on the Johto coast, near Ecruteak City and Cianwood City. Jasmine who is specializes in Steel-type Pokémon is the Gym Leader of Olivine Gym. However, the lighthouse of Olivine City is not accesible.

The Union Room Trade Office is located the house to the left of Olivine Pokemon center. This office is where can register a password (which contains numbers) for trade accounts that will allow you to trade to enter the union rooms in Saffron City and Goldenrod City.

Ferry

For the price of $2,000, players may ride the ferry from Olivine City to Cianwood City.

You need to defeat the Olivine Gym Leader Jasmine in order to receive the Mineral Badge and move on to the 7th Johto Gym in Mahogany Town.
