Converting
Why is a convert required?
Due to the Playerdex update running alongside the Playerdex - in order to ensure that users don't have problems with viewing the current Playerdex, the Playerdex update will require that you perform the 'convert' process on your first login. This will update the data and lock you out of the current Playerdex. Some areas of the Playerdex update may be altered to ensure its works alongside the current Playerdex. Players will receive tokens once the process is completed (for a limited period time).
Guilds
Why can I not transfer pokemon to a guild bank?
The ability to transfer pokemon to a guild bank is being removed. Guild members will be able to transfer pokemon to a bank account of another player including guild members. Players who transfer to guild members will benefit from a discount compared to non-guild members. Details regarding current pokemon in a bank will be confirmed near to launch.
Why can I still transfer money to a guild bank?
Money will now be used to cover guild running fees. If you wish to transfer money, click on the gear and click on 'Playerdex Bank'.
Skins
Can I choose a different skin?
At the time of launch, no. However the functionality has been partly built in which will allow skins to be produced in the long run.
Languages
What languages are available?
You can view the languages available by visiting the Playerdex > Clicking on the Gear > Clicking on 'Language Options'. Please note that the language packs are produced by players and staff. Language packs are only accessible to members when logged in.
Tokens
How do I transfer tokens to another Player?
You can transfer tokens to another Player by visiting the Token Store. Add the 'Token Transfer' item to your basket and then complete the purchase. Please note that the Token Transfer is subject to a small fee.
