Pokémarts are shops in PWO where players may purchase items. Pokémarts can be found in almost every city, and they can be identified with their blue roof.

Most Pokémarts feature one NPC vendors, who sells an unlimited supply of standard items used for Pokémon battles.

Areas that include a Pokémart are Viridian City, Pewter City, Cerulean City, Vermilion City, Saffron City, Lavender Town, Fuchsia City, Cinnabar Island, Cherrygrove City, Violet City, Azalea Town, Ecruteak City, Olivine City, Blackthorn City, Silver Town and Seven Island. However the ones in Lavender Town and Seven Island are unopened. For Cianwood City and Mahogany Town, there are Cianwood Pharmacy and Mahogany Town's Souvenir Shop, which serve the same purpose as Pokémarts. In Celadon City and Goldenrod City, there are the Celadon City Department Store and the Goldenrod City Department Store, which sell a wider variety of items than standard Pokémarts.

	Potion	300	A restorative used to restore 20 of a Pokémon's HP. Unavailable in Vermilion City, Cinnabar Island and Olivine City.
	Super Potion	700	A restorative used to restore 50 of a Pokémon's HP. Unavailable in Viridian City, Pewter City, Cinnabar Island, Cherrygrove City and Violet City.
	Hyper Potion	1,200	A restorative used to restore 200 of a Pokémon's HP. Unavilable in Viridian City, Pewter City, Cerulean City, Vermilion City, Fuchsia City, Violet City, Azalea Town, and Ecruteak City.
	Revive	1,500	An item used to revive a fainted Pokémon, restoring 10% of its health. Only available in Saffron City, Fuchsia City, Ecruteak City, Olivine City, Cianwood City and Mahogany Town.
	Antidote	100	Cures a Pokémon from poison. Unavailable in Fuchsia City, Cinnabar Island, Cianwood City, Blackthorn City and Silver Town.
	Paralyze Heal	200	Cures a Pokémon from paralysis. Unavailable in Fuchsia City, Cinnabar Island, Ecruteak City, Cianwood City, Blackthorn City and Silver Town.
	Awakening	250	Awaken a Pokémon from sleep. Unavailable in Viridian City, Fuchsia City, Cinnabar Island, Azalea Town, Olivine City, Cianwood City, Blackthorn City and Silver Town.
	Burn Heal	250	Cures a Pokémon from a burn. Only available in Pewter City, Saffron City, Cinnabar Island and Mahogany Town.
	Ice Heal	250	Defrost a frozen Pokémon. Only Available in Saffron City, Vermilion City and Mahogany Town.
	Repel	350	Repel wild Pokémon for 100 steps. Only available in Pewter City, Cerulean City, Vermilion City and Azalea Town.
	Super Repel	550	Repel wild Pokémon for 200 steps. Only available in Saffron City, Olivine City and Mahogany Town.
	Max Repel	700	Repel wild Pokémon for 250 steps. Only available in Saffron City, Olivine City and Mahogany Town.
	Escape Rope	550	Warps the user to their last-visited Pokémon Center. Only available in Saffron City, Cinnabar Island, Violet City, Azalea Town and Mahogany Town.
