How to Reset You're Password.
If you have forgotten your password or find that you need to change it in an emergency, there are two available options to change it: within the game or using the Playerdex. This guide will explain how to reset it. To change your password, you will need to know your current password (ingame only) and the email address of which the account was originally registered to.
Ingame
- RECOMMENDED
- Login to Pokemon World Online
- Type into the chat box /password email, current password, new password, new password
Example: /password password@hotmail.com, password, password2, password2 - If successful you should get the following message within the chat box - "System: Your password has been changed".
On The Playerdex
Note: As of 15/08/2011 The Password reset has not been Sending emails... This problem will be fixed Asap

Step 1: Finding Reset page
Go to
http://playerdex.pokemon-world-online.net/ and under the log in button Click Reset My Password
Or
Click this link here: http://playerdex.pokemon-world-online.net/lostpw.php
Both these options will take you to the reset page.
Step 2: Filling out Reset Form
Enter you're registered Email address into the first Two boxes.
Then enter your In game username.
It should look like this when complete:
Step 3: Filling out the CAPTCHA
Type the letters and numbers that are displayed in the image.
- All Letters must be capitals.
- If you Still cant get it to work try Replace 0 and 1(Numbers) With O and I(letters).
- If you you get a error message Just refresh the page and try again.
Also if you try to many times you Will not be able to try again for 24 hours.
Final step: Receiving email
Check you're Emails. And follow the steps in the email (Those steps will be added once i can confirm them).
If the email does not appear make sure you look in You're junk/Spam folder.
