The Rock Tunnel is a cave located in Route 10 above Lavender Town. It is not neccesary to enter this cave to progress in the game however there are multiple NPC's that give off good experience inside. Unlike the original games, the Rock Tunnel contains a "secret" entrance to Sandshrew Cavern, which ultimately leads to the Power Plant. The secret entrance can be found by using the Spacebar on the water leak at the bottom left in B1F (Not shown in picture).

Press Spacebar to enter the Sandshrew Cavern, then find your way out of it and you will reach Power Plant.
