Roselia is is a Grass/Poison-type Pokémon within Pokémon World Online. Traditionally, Roselia would evolve into a Budew when leveled up with high friendship during the day or would evolve into Roserade when exposed to a Shiny Stone, However since there are no 4th Gen Pokemon in PWO, Roselia can't not evolve. With a base experience of 152, Roselia reaches level 100 at approximately 18.7 million experience.

Currently the only way to obtain an Roselia is by buying it off the Token Store for 6 Tokens , or by trade.
