Route 39 is a route in western Johto connecting Route 38 and Olivine City. MooMoo Farm is located on the northern half of the route where players may purchase MooMoo Milk.

A mini-quest is completable on Route 39 wherein TM24 - Thunderbolt is acquirable. Speak to Jason in the easternmost ranch house in order to begin the mini-quest.
