Saffron City
Saffron City is located in Kanto. It is North of Route 6, South of 5, East of Route 7, and West of Route 8. It is the home to Sabrina as well as the Fighting Dojo. It is the location of the 5th Kanto Gym. In addition to both gyms located in Saffron City, there is also the Kanto Train Quest, and the beginning of the Dragons Den Quest.

Fighting Dojo
The Fighting Dojo allows you to start the Fighting Dojo Quest after defeating all the NPC's and answering a series of questions.
Science Lab
After completion of the Water Lab Quest, which can be started at Route 24, you will be granted access to the Science Lab which contains some pokemon that are found on very few other maps.
Kanto Train Quest
In the located directly below the Saffron Train Station, a NPC named Monty will allow you to bein the Kanto Train Quest.
