Stats Modifying Items are items that affect a particular stat of a Pokémon.

Vitamins
Vitamins that affect stats increase a Pokémon's effort values for a given stat by 10 EV points, only raising a stat's EVs to a maximum of 100 or the total EVs to a maximum of 510. Vitamins are purchasable at major department stores.
HP Up
Adds 10 HP EVs to the target Pokémon per use, until it has 100 HP EVs.
Protein
Adds 10 Attack EVs to the target Pokémon per use, until it has 100 Attack EVs.
Iron
Adds 10 Defense EVs to the target Pokémon per use, until it has 100 Defense EVs.
Calcium
Adds 10 Special Attack EVs to the target Pokémon per use, until it has 100 Special Attack EVs.
Zinc
Adds 10 Special Defense EVs to the target Pokémon per use, until it has 100 Special Defense EVs.
Carbos
Adds 10 Speed EVs to the target Pokémon per use, until it has 100 Speed EVs.
Wings
A wing is a type of item used to boost the effort value stats of a Pokémon. Although they can be considered a weaker version of vitamins, however they are not subject to the 100 EV cap which vitamins do. Currently, the only way to obtain them is exchanging for them at the Battle Tower.
Health Wing
Adds 1 HP EV to the target Pokémon per use, until it has 255 HP EVs.
Muscle Wing
Adds 1 Attack EV to the target Pokémon per use, until it has 255 Attack EVs.
Resist Wing
Adds 1 Defense EV to the target Pokémon per use, until it has 255 Defense EVs.
Genius Wing
Adds 1 Special Attack EV to the target Pokémon per use, until it has 255 Special Attack EVs.
Clever Wing
Adds 1 Special Defense EV to the target Pokémon per use, until it has 255 Special Defense EVs.
Swift Wing
Adds 1 Speed EV to the target Pokémon per use, until it has 255 Speed EVs.
EV-enhancing Items
EV-enhancing items are items which enhance the effort values gained when a Pokémon is defeated. All of them halve the Speed of the Pokémon holding them in battle while they are being held. Currently, the only way to obtain them is exchanging for them at the Battle Tower.
Power Weight
Promotes HP gain on level up, but halves Speed stat in battle. Adds 4 HP EVs whenever experience is gained in battle, regardless of the Pokémon fought.
Power Bracer
Promotes Attack gain on level up, but halves Speed stat in battle. Adds 4 Attack EVs whenever experience is gained in battle, regardless of the Pokémon fought.
Power Belt
Promotes Defense gain on level up, but halves Speed stat in battle. Adds 4 Defense EVs whenever experience is gained in battle, regardless of the Pokémon fought.
Power Lens
Promotes Special Attack gain on level up, but halves Speed stat in battle. Adds 4 Special Attack EVs whenever experience is gained in battle, regardless of the Pokémon fought.
Power Band
Promotes Special Defense gain on level up, but halves Speed stat in battle. Adds 4 Special Defense EVs whenever experience is gained in battle, regardless of the Pokémon fought.
Power Anklet
Promotes Speed gain on level up, but halves Speed stat in battle. Adds 4 Speed EVs whenever experience is gained in battle, regardless of the Pokémon fought.
Berries
Some berries can be consumed to alter an EV stat of a Pokémon. Berries can be obtained by fainting wild Pokémon in the Safari Zone, by using the plantable Berry Trees, or by trading.
EV-Reducing Berries
Pomeg Berry
Lowers HP EVs by 10. Can be obtained by fainting wild Pokémon in the Safari Zone, by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Kelpsy Berry
Lowers Attack EVs by 10. Can be obtained by fainting wild Pokémon in the Safari Zone, by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Qualot Berry
Lowers Defense EVs by 10. Can be obtained by fainting wild Pokémon in the Safari Zone, by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Hondew Berry
Lowers Special Attack EVs by 10. Can be obtained by fainting wild Pokémon in the Safari Zone, by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Grepa Berry
Lowers Special Defense EVs by 10. Can be obtained by fainting wild Pokémon in the Safari Zone, by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Tamato Berry
Lowers Speed EVs by 10. Can be obtained by fainting wild Pokémon in the Safari Zone, by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Status-Restoring Berries
Aspear Berry
If held by a Pokémon, it defrosts* it. Can be obtained by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Cheri Berry
If held by a Pokémon, it recovers from paralysis*. Can be obtained by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Chesto Berry
If held by a Pokémon, it recovers from sleep*. Can be obtained by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Pecha Berry
If held by a Pokémon, it recovers from poison*. Can be obtained by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Rawst Berry
If held by a Pokémon, it recovers from a burn*. Can be obtained by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Lum Berry
If held by a Pokémon, it recovers from any status condition*. Can be obtained by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
