With the added details about Tiers, and the fact we don't actually use the team "rarity" officially any more, I suggest we move this page to "Rarity Tiers", with the existing page as a redirect (along with Rarity and Tiers, for convenience).
Sounds good to me, and put it in the 'Guides' section.
