This template provides an informative notice to a user stating that they have been blocked from editing on the wiki.

Usage

|type= The type of block, temporary/permanent. If you don't define (|type=) then it will default to Temporary)
|reason= The reason for the block, this should not be left undefined as it is displayed in the template
|blocker= This should be YOUR WIKI USERNAME, if you don't define (|blocker=) it will default to Reborn
