Template:TM

This is pretty much how the final template will look like, still need to work on color schemes, not sure if to make the Pokemon table collapsible as the current method to collapse looks bad but we're missing some things on the wiki to make show/hide things like most other wikis. Will start adding in parameters and get to the actual complicated things tomorrow, Suggestion/Feedback is welcome here or on the Forums Wiki page.

TM 92	Trick Room
Description Trick Room reverses the move order within each priority bracket so that Pokémon with a lower Speed stat attack first, whilst those with higher Speed stat will attack last.
