Totodile is one of the six possible starters that a player may choose when leaving Starters Island. It is a Water-type Pokémon. Totodile is available as a starter in the Johto region. It evolves into Croconaw at level 18, which evolves into Feraligatr starting at level 30. Totodile, along with the other Johto starters, were once HRs in the Johto Safari Zone before the Safari was revamped. With a base experience value of 66, Totodile is tied for the highest base experience between any of the starters (with Squirtle) and reaches level 100 at approximately 8.15 million experience.
