This article discusses a location that no longer exists in Pokémon World Online. Any Quests related to this location, or events located in or involving this location, may no longer be available.
The Science Water Lab is located in Saffron City, and has two levels; one above ground and one underground. It becomes available after completing the Fisherman's Quest. To access the second level of the Water Lab, you must complete the Missing Childrens Quest. Many people seek out this location because it is one of the very few places where you can hunt for a Dratini.

Entry Quest (Fishermans Quest)

To enter the Saffron Water Lab, you must first receive a key. The key can be obtained by helping out a Fisherman on Route 24. You need to find his hat. To begin this quest you will need a fishing rod which can be obtained in Vermilion City or Route 32 for 10,000 Pokedollars.
Walkthrough
Step 1
Begin by talking to the old man that's looking into the lake on Route 24. He will tell you about how he was fishing and a Magikarp stole his hat. After that, he tells you that he will meet you in the Water Lab in Saffron.
Step 2
When you've obtained the Old Rod, start fishing on Route 24. Once you encounter a Magikarp, defeat it and with any luck it will drop the Fisherman's Hat. It might take up to an hour to find the hat, or it may take less then 10 minutes. Most people advise not standing directly to the side of the actual Fisherman for better results.
Step 3
Once you have the Fisherman Hat in your inventory, talk to the Fisherman again and he will thank you and reward you with the Water Lab Key.
Missing Children Quest

The Missing Childrens Quest is a quest that grants you access to the underground part of the Water Lab where you will be able to find a Dratini and other rare Pokemon. The quest consists of finding 3 NPC;s, which are the kids in the Water Lab.
Walkthrough
Step 1
To begin this Quest, there is no need to talk to an NPC first, but if you want to, talk to the old man which is in the top left corner of the Water Lab.
Step 2
Find all three kids which are scattered around the Water Lab. Once found, simply talk to them by pressing spacebar and move on to the next one.
