The Whirl Islands are 4 islands with caves that interconnect with eachother located in Route 41. The Caves contain some NPC's that give off some good experience. These caves are also a good place to farm for Dragon Scales since Horseas appear a lot at the bottom most floor.

Quests
Whirl Islands are also a place where players must go to if they wish to accomplish some quests.
Dragons Den Quest

Players must go here to try and KO a Horsea in hopes of it droping a Horsea Scale to help progress through the rest of the Quest.
