The Park Raceway is a raceway located south of Celadon City. It is a PWO-custom map, which contains racing mini-games in Bicycle and Surf racing. Players can race each other here for a chance to win tickets, which can be exchanged for prizes. The amount of tickets that the victor wins depends on how much money they placed for a bet on the race; the victor wins 1 ticket per $10,000 Pokémoney they bet prior to the race.

Bike Racing
A bicycle race may be started by speaking to the Bike Race Master NPC. He will prompt you to input the username to determine an opponent for the race, then you will be prompted to place a bet (the maximum is $20,000). The winner of the race will win the total amount of money bet by each participant, deducted by %10 of the money bet as a fee for participating. Additionally, if at least $10,000 Pokémoney is bet, the victor will win 1 ticket. The maximum amount of tickets that can be rewarded from bike races is 2, due to the $20,000 betting limit.
During the race, players will have to across the entire course, and the first player to speak to the Bike Master NPC wins the race. Bike racers have to deal with obstacles such as wild Pokémon encounters in the grass on the race pathway, which can slow players down from completing laps.
Surf Racing
A surf race may be started by speaking to the Wind Surf Master. He will prompt you to input the username to determine an opponent for the race, then you will be prompted to place a bet (the maximum is $50,000). The winner of the race will win the total amount of money bet by each participant, deducted by %10 of the money bet as a fee for participating. Additionally, if at least $10,000 Pokémoney is bet, the victor will win 1 ticket. The maximum amount of tickets that can be rewarded from bike races is 5, due to the $50,000 betting limit.
For the race, players will be warped to small spot of land, then they will have to start surfing on the water, and surf across the entire water course to reach the Surf Master NPC. The first participant to speak to the Surf Master NPC wins the race.
There is a reported glitch with surf racing, in which sometimes the prize money is not correctly distributed.
