The Power Plant is a facility located on Route 10 in Kanto. It has became a home for Electric and Rock/Ground type Pokémon.
There are two ways to reach the Power Plant. If you have a Surf Board, you can surf from Route 10. There is also a secret exit from the Rock Tunnel that leads to the Power Plant.
