Seven Island is an island that is not shown on the map. It is only accessible to players who have obtained all 16 badges from Kanto and Johto. It is the only way to get to Sevii Trainer Tower, also known as Battle Tower. Currently, the Pokémart on the island is unavailable.

Ferry
- Main Article: Ferry System
With a transportation ticket or actively usable train pass, players may ride the ferry to Seven Island, if they have obtained all 16 badges from Kanto and Johto. This destination option will only appear after the obtention.
When exiting, Sailor Sam will offer players a free ride back to one of the ferry destinations.
