You can create a guild by logging into your profile at http://playerdex.pokemon-world-online.net. On the menu bar, click on "Guild Central", then you will see a link on that page that says Create A Guild, which is pretty straightforward. You can input rules, a banner, a description, and a dresscode in the forums (more features will be added later.) Right now the only way to leave or disband your guild is to join a new one.
