Blackthorn City is located in the Northeast of Johto. It is located North of Route 45. Blackthorn City are also connected to the entrance of Ice Path 1F. It is the home to Clair. It is the location of the 8th Johto Gym, the Rising Badge. The Dragons Den, which have rare and valueable Dragon Pokemon that stay inside, is also located in this city.
Catchable Pokemon
There is a small lake in Blackthorn City behind the Blackthorn Gym. This pond has very few catchable Pokémon which can be encountered by both, fishing or surfing.

Aerial Tramway

Once you have obtained the required badges, the Aerial Tramway may be used to transport you to any tramway stop. The other four tramway stops are stationed in: Pewter City, Cerulean City, Ecruteak City, and Silver Town.
Dragons Den

The Dragons Den is a home to some rare Dragon Pokemon, such as Dratini and Bagon.
It is located at the North of Blackthorn City, you can enter this place once you completed the Dragons Den Quest.

Blackthorn City Gym
Blackthorn City's Gym uses primarily Dragon-type Pokémon.
Players must beat Clair, the gym leader, in order to receive the Rising Badge. For Kanto Starter, this badge is the last required badge for you to start the Dragons Den Quest. For Johto Starter, you need to earn this badge to gain access to Kanto and fight the 9th Gym.
Like all gyms in Pokémon World Online, the levels of the trainers inside the gym depend on the type of passport a player has. Since Blackthorn City is in Johto, those with a Johto Passport will battle lower-level trainers, whereas those with a Kanto Passport will battle higher-level trainers.
