The Halloween Swarm 2023 at the Burnt Tower features 8 catchable Pokémon; 2 of which were not previously catchable (Deino and Golett). The Pokémon in this special Swarm drop Event Coins which can be exchanged for Move Tutor lessons via Casper The Tutor. Additionally, Drifloon and Deino may hold Sableye and Litwick eggs, respectively. Trainers can deposit Eggs in the daycare centers on Route 5 and Route 34. The event runs from October 23, 2023 to November 1, 2023.
