Tirtouga is a Water/Rock type Pokémon introduced in Generation 5. It is known as the Prototurtle Pokémon. It evolves into Carracosta at level 37.

Locations

Tirtouga can be only obtained by redeeming 4 Vouchers for a Cover Fossil in the Prize Corner and then turning the fossil in at Cinnabar Island's research laboratory so it can be revived, or by trading with another player.
