Choice items
Choice items boosts a certain stat by 50% during battle, but locks the user to using only one move for the remainder of the battle until fainted.

HP Restoration
Leftovers
Restores 1/16 of the Pokémon's maximum HP (rounded down) each turn when held. Can be obtained by capturing a wild Snorlax, or by trading.
Black Sludge

If the holder has full HP and is hit by an attack that would otherwise cause fainting, it survives with 1 HP. It can only protect from one strike of a multi-strike move. Cannot protect from damage from Future Sight or Doom Desire. Although it disappears after use in the handheld, it is however not a one-time use item in PWO. Can be obtained by exchanging for one at the Battle Tower for 210 battle points, or by trading.
Stat-enhancing Items
Stat-enhancing items are items that affect a particular stat of a Pokémon when held.
Assault Vest
An item to be held by a Pokémon. This offensive vest raises Sp. Def but prevents the use of status moves. It was obtainable during the Blueshell Bay event. Can be purchased at the Battle Tower for 500 Battle Points, or by trading.
Deep Sea Scale
When held by Clamperl, doubles its Special Defense. Causes Clamperl to evolve into Gorebyss via empty trade. Obtainable during the Snowy Lake event.
Deep Sea Tooth
When held by Clamperl, doubles its Special Attack. Causes Clamperl to evolve into Huntail via empty trade. Obtainable during the Snowy Lake event.
Eviolite
Raises the holder's Defense and Special Defense by 50% if the holder is not fully evolved. Can be obtained by exchanging for one at the Battle Tower for 150 Battle Points, or by trading.
Light Ball
An item to be held by Pikachu. It is a puzzling orb that raises the Attack and Special Attack stats. Obtainable through the Sevii Island Quest, or by trading.
Stick
Increases critical hit ratio of Farfetch'd by two stages. Farfetch'd will sometimes be holding the item when caught.
Weakness Policy
An item to be held by a Pokémon. Attack and Sp. Atk sharply increases if the holder is hit with a move it's weak to. Can be obtained at the Battle Tower for 500 Battle Points, or by trading.
Thick Club
It boosts the Attack stat of a Cubone or Marowak that holds it. Cubone will sometimes be holding the item when caught.

Aspear Berry
If held by a Pokémon, it defrosts* it. Obtainable through the Sevii Island Quest, by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Cheri Berry
If held by a Pokémon, it recovers from paralysis*. Obtainable through the Sevii Island Quest, by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Chesto Berry
If held by a Pokémon, it recovers from sleep*. Obtainable through the Sevii Island Quest, by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Pecha Berry
If held by a Pokémon, it recovers from poison*. Obtainable through the Sevii Island Quest, by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Rawst Berry
If held by a Pokémon, it recovers from a burn*. Obtainable through the Sevii Island Quest, by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.
Lum Berry
If held by a Pokémon, it recovers from any status condition*. Can be obtained by using the plantable Berry Trees in the Safari Zone and in Berry Forest, or by trading.

Other Items
Air Balloon
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It makes the holder ungrounded(floats), which means that the holder is immune to damaging Ground-type moves and several related effects. If the holder or its substitute is hit by a damaging move (even if it has Disguise), the Air Balloon is destroyed. It can be purchased at the Battle Tower for 450 Battle Points.
Damp Rock
A held item that extends the duration of rain when held, increasing its duration to 8 turns. Applies to the ability Drizzle. Obtainable through the Sevii Island Quest. Now available for purchase at the Battle Tower for 500 Battle Points.
An item to be held by a Pokémon. The holder gets a share of a battle's Exp. Points without battling. You'll receive twice as much Exp. Points compared to regular Switch Training. Can be purchased both at the Battle Tower for 800 Battle Points and at the Prize Corner for 1 Voucher, or by trading.
Flame Orb
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It is a bizarre orb that inflicts a burn on the holder in battle. Obtainable through the Sevii Island Quest, and it can also be purchased at the Battle Tower for 450 Battle Points, or by trading.
Heat Rock
A held item that extends the duration of the move Sunny Day used by the holder to 8 turns. Applies to the ability Drought. Obtainable during the Blueshell Bay event. Now available for purchase at the Battle Tower for 500 Battle Points.
Icy Rock
A held item that extends the duration of the move Hail used by the holder to 8 turns. Applies to the ability Snow Warning. Obtainable during the 2020 and 2025 Winter events. Now available for purchase at the Battle Tower for 500 Battle Points.
King's Rock
Has a 10% chance of causing the target Pokémon to flinch when using a move that deals damage and does not already have a chance to flinch. Can also cause Poliwhirl to evolve into Politoed or Slowpoke to evolve into Slowking. Can be obtained by fainting or catching a wild Politoed (catching it does not guarantee the King's Rock), or by trading.
Lagging Tail
A held item that causes the holder to move last within its priority bracket. Obtainable during the Strickland Isle event.
Light Clay
A held item that extends the duration of barrier moves like Light Screen and Reflect used by the holder. Obtainable during the Snowy Lake event.
Lucky Egg
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It is an egg filled with happiness that earns extra Exp. Points in battle. Obtainable during the Dragon Holy Land Summer event, in September 2024. It can be purchased at the Battle Tower for 777 Battle Points.
Metal Coat
Boosts the power of Steel-type moves by 20% when held. Can also cause Onix to evolve into Steelix or Scyther to evolve into Scizor. Can be obtained by fainting wild Magnemite, Magneton, and Steelix, by buying one from token Store for a price of 750 tokens, or by trading.
Quick Claw
An item to be held by a Pokémon. A light, sharp claw that lets the bearer move first occasionally. Obtainable through the Sevii Island Quest.
Razor Claw
Raises the critical hit ratio of the holder. Can also cause Sneasel to evolve into Weavile. It was a reward from the 2014 Christmas event. Available for purchase at the Battle Tower for 500 Battle Points.
Razor Fang
Has a 10% chance of causing the target Pokémon to flinch when using a move that deals damage and does not already have a chance to flinch. Can also cause Gligar to evolve into Gliscor when it is holding the item and is leveled up at night. If Gligar is at level 100, it can still evolve into Gliscor during any battle fought at night if Gligar is holding the item. It was a reward from the 2014 Haloween event. Available for purchase at the Battle Tower for 500 Battle Points.
Rocky Helmet
Contact moves used against the holder will damage the attacker with 1/6 of their maximum HP. Can be obtained by exchanging for one at the Battle Tower for 150 battle points, or by trading.
Scope Lens
When held by a Pokémon, the Pokémon's Critical Hit ratio is raised by 1. Obtainable during the Strickland Isle event.
Shed Shell
When this item is held by a Pokémon, if the trainer tries to switch the holder with another Pokémon, the switch is not affected by any moves or abilities which would prevent it leaving. Obtainable during the Strickland Isle event.
Smooth Rock
A type of held item that extends the duration of sandstorm when held, It extends the duration to 8 turns. Applies to the ability Sandstorm. Obtainable through the Sevii Island Quest. Now available for purchase at the Battle Tower for 500 Battle Points.
Toxic Orb
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It is a bizarre orb that badly poisons the holder in battle. Obtainable through the Sevii Island Quest, and it can also be purchased at the Battle Tower for 450 Battle Points, or by trading.
