Blastoise evolves from Wartortle at level 36 and is the final evolution in the Squirtle chain. Blastoise is a Water-type Pokémon. There is no difference between the moves learned by Blastoise and either of its previous forms. With a Medium Slow experience type, Squirtle reaches level 100 at approximately 9.1 million experience.

Locations

Currently, Blastoise can only be obtained by evolving a Wartortle (level 36) or by trade.
